April 2020 Review of "The GOD Maps" Volume One
"The Beginning of a new MEGA-GENRE!"
I was interested in the Christian Fiction genre over 20 years ago but moved on. This book is not just fiction, it's not JUST Sci-Fi. This book takes it to a whole other level with the scientific-futuristic look into the the biggest questions that everyone is afraid to ask. The author has taken the deeper concepts of faith, theology, biology, history, and futurism, and created a story that begs for sequels because the possibilities are endless.
Where many have struggled to integrate these planes of thought, this author takes the reader so deeply into the possibilities that while reading you might feel as though you are in a virtual reality environment. This environment feels so natural and believable. So much so that it is not that this book is hard to put down, it is hard to put down and stop thinking about the concepts and the revelation and being pulled back in... totally captivating.
The God Maps is not only opening a new genre, this is the type of book that changes the way the people think about current realities and the future. In my opinion if science isn't currently pursuing the track laid out by the author, then they will be soon. Yvette is a thought pioneer and this book is setting the stage for an "out of this world" breakout and I expect many to become devotees and many more great things to come.

Edmond J. Review of “The GOD Maps” Volume One
My name is Edmond, and I have had the privilege of reading the literary work by Yvette Kendall, The GOD Maps. This story has the potential of changing the way we see Science Fiction. Yvette’s story merges you into a world full of suspense, mystery and intrigue. Yvette remains true to her love of Science Fiction genres, by providing the level of detail only seen on major book titles. Her storytelling abilities are on full display as the lead character Ameerah Mahar, is taken down a path that will reveal shocking truths about her and most notably our truths as human beings. Is there an answer to the question of what happens after we die? Is it a slippery slope? Has Man pushed science and discovery too far down a road that we are not meant to travel? Or have we not pushed far enough? Will the discoveries made by Ameerah and her team be something society is prepared to handle? The GOD Maps reads as Science Fiction but will also take advantage of your own thoughts, and beliefs page after page. This story will certainly become a catalyst to many, who are thirsty for seeking out truths to questions marred in eternal mystery. The groundwork of Yvette’s universe is clearly being laid out for more stories to be told and mysteries to be uncovered.

The God Maps, nothing short of a thought-provoking masterpiece for science fiction lovers. Kendall’s ability to create a world that answers one of the age-old questions, “where do we go when we die?” Is remarkable! A protagonist that you’ll love, antagonists that you’ll loathe... From start to finish, The God Maps delivers. The difficulty of this subject is apparent, hence why science fiction writers hardly ever broach the topic. However, Kendall’s ability to weave this thread together is genius. A must read!

There has to be a movie for this?! Tell me there’s a movie coming out!
-Tamara Moore
I have not been this captivated by anything sci-fi since the Matrix, and that was a movie... WOW.

For those who know about literature that has shaped our world, this feels like a new age "Dante". Meshing God, SciFi and Philosophy is just ingenious!

OK, I have a review for the Novel, only because the comic book isn't out yet. I was invited to do a pre-read as a member of a reader's club. This will be my honest review! The beginning of the book is setting the reader up for what is to come (naturally), it has a lot of sciency-type commentary (which is great by the way), so you can follow what will take place later (I'm telling you now, it's important). If you're a sci-fi nerd, you will be in heaven! If you're sci-fi curious, the first few chapters might intimidate you, but stay with it. However, once you get the story set-up, you're in for the ride of your lives. This book is so unusual because it's about everything and then some - turned on its head! I wouldn't necessarily buy this book for anyone under 16 years old, because it can get a little racy. But for those of us who loved the Matrix and other sci-fi movies/novels that makes you THINK! By comparison, The God Maps will re-adjust your perspectives on life, death, society, God and how we digest the materials we read in the Bible. If that's who you are, then this book is for you!

My mind has been officially Freaked! Hopefully, everyone can put his or her preconceived notions aside about what they've been taught, and enjoy the Hell out of this book!

For the lovers of vintage literature...this is an important philosophical story, with a surreal comic book twist.
